It can be a daunting task to try and navigate a recruitment landscape of close to three thousand firms, of varying sizes, reach, specialisation and business models.       With the Hewitt results for 2008 out again it’s interesting to dig into the publicaly available data and look at what makes a company really shine. Leadership, values and recognition are traditionally the areas in which most businesses in Australia score poorly on.
      On recognition it’s those businesses that use a myriad of strategies to build acknowledgment by peers and the business into the everyday culture that really seem to be succeeding, supported by forward thinking rewards and recognition partners like RedBalloon Days.
