Always good to watch, learn and remind ourselves that it is about getting back to basics. This presentation is full of gold. I really like that they focus on 10 committable core values of which they hire and fire on. Something that more businesses and boards should follow. They invest time and money in training all staff, embrace new media and really seem to be innovating when it comes to HR and creating a positive and sustainable company culture which is so great to see.
