Thanks for the summary, I wished I could have attended but had &quot;other&quot; things to attend.

Re social media &amp; vendors my experience over the last 15 yrs is Australian HR/Payroll/Recruiting vendors are very late in adopting any form of technology advancement, with some notable exceptions. Second all claim to handle the life cycle of an employee, knowing that 80% of customers really only want a payroll system with basic HR compliance. A very sad state of affairs. Of course there are exceptions, which tend to be in both small and large organisation.</description>
