SELECTION PROCESS

The Job Board Awards recognise excellence in online recruitment. Awards will be given in five different categories. Job board owners, the public or Destination Talent nominated job boards to various categories. In the second phase recruiters and advertisers cast votes and provide feedback. In the final stage a panel of ten judges vote and chose the winners. In the absence of voting/feedback from the public the judges took the sole responsibility in choosing the winners.
