Social Talent: Investigating the Role of Social Media in the Recruitment of Talent

socialtalent1

We are embarking on a project to better understand the adoption of social media by the HR and recruitment community. Our approach is two-fold:

1) Social Talent Report: A study to monitor the behaviour, perception and intention of social media users in the context of attraction and recruitment of staff. This is a national survey open to the general public, especially recruiters and HR practitioners. Click here to take the Social Talent survey.

2) Top 50 Social Leader (Social Talent Index ): The second study involves a detailed scrutiny of selected organisations (top 50) that have embraced and successfully used social media. The aim is to provide a benchmarking tool for organisations to measure themselves against early adopters. If your company is an early adopter of social media click here to participate in the study.

With the above two studies we hope to shed more light on a communication and networking phenomena that is becoming an increasingly important part of everyday work life and workplaces across Australia and New Zealand.
