Matt has been working in recruitment and strategic HR for over 15 years. He has covered extensive experience in Construction, Engineering and the Health sectors. Matt spent his first tenure with Fulton Hogan back in 2003 when he established an in house talent acquisition function for the business during a time of rapid growth. He then spent 2 and a half years with Counties Manukau District Health Board where he led the DHB recruitment team prior to his return to Fulton Hogan in a newly established role of Talent Development Manager in June 2011.
Matt’s current role encompasses leading strategic recruitment, organisational succession planning, leadership and coaching development, workforce development projects and a number of other strategic HR projects. Matt has a passion for Social media and its usage within recruitment and attraction.
