Will Staney is the Director of Recruiting, Strategic Programs at SAP where he is responsible for driving the success and continued development of their strategic sourcing strategies, social recruiting, recruitment marketing and  web strategy.  Staney is an influential voice in the HR and recruiting space and has received a number of industry rewards, which include the Game Changer award from Workforce Management, the Talent Warrior Award from Glassdoor Inc. and was recently cited by Huffington Post as one of  The Top 100 Most Social Human Resources Experts On Twitter.
