With experience in both agency and in-house roles, Nikki Wilkie has recently been the Resourcing Specialist for Progressive Enterprises, New Zealand’s largest private employer. For the last five years, Nikki has led the company’s national shared services resourcing function, which supports a diverse range of internal clients, from trolley collectors to general managers.

With a background in marketing, and previous roles with Noel Leemings and OCG; Nikki brings a broad skill set which she focuses on finding alternative attraction strategies, cost effective innovative solutions and linking a candidate experience to customer service.
