Paul is the National Talent Acquisition Manager for Deloitte NZ and a senior member of the HR Management team. He is an expert in Experienced-hire and Graduate/Intern level Recruitment, International Mobility, Employment Branding and Social Media, and has proven experience across wider HR issues. Paul started working in the UK and added market experience from Asia and Australia, before finally landing in NZ five years ago. Since then he has been instrumental in building and driving the talent function at Deloitte and has spoken at international conferences on their successes.
Paul brings experience from a variety of industries and geographies and as well as his domestic responsibilities, acts as Recruitment and Mobility leader for the NZ firm. He sits on two global councils in the Deloitte member firm network and works closely with other Deloitte firms around the world, leading global teams and projects on a number of different topics. Paul understands what is required for modern business practices, especially from a talent perspective, and is an advocate of innovation to affect real change and pushing boundaries to create strategic competitive advantage for his clients.
